Gifts For Pilgrims – Refund Policy
At Gifts For Pilgrims, we are committed to helping you share the blessings of Makkah and Madina by distributing Qurans and prayer mats with care and respect. We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary, so please review our policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility

Request Window: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, all orders are final.

Service Status: Refunds are only available if the distribution process has not yet started. Once your order is being processed, packaged, or distrubuted, refunds cannot be issued.
2. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Completed Services: Orders that have already been fulfilled, including the distribution of Qurans or prayer mats etc, cannot be refunded.

Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for cancellations due to a change of mind after the service has begun.
3. How to Request a Refund
